Then Click on the "Candidates Login" Tab placed Right-hand side Top of the respective Page.
Put the User ID & Password which you have received at the time of submission of Online Form for logging in to the candidates Portal.
Click on the "Download Admit Card" tab to generate your printable Admit Card.

No. PSC 30/10-20356 /Gen. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Orissa is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Orissa Staff Selection Commission (Method of Recruitment and Conditions of Service of the Chairman and Members) Rules, 1995, namely:-

1.      (1)These rules may be called the Orissa Staff Selection Commission (Method of Recruitment and Conditions of Service of the Chairman and. Members) Amendment Rules, 2010.

       (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Orissa Gazette.

 
2. In the Orissa Staff Selection Commission (Method of Recruitment and Conditions of Service of the Chairman and Members) Rules, 1995 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), in rule 7, the following proviso to sub-rule (1) shall be added; namely:-

 
“Provided that if the period of service rendered is one year and six months or more but less than two years, it shall be rounded off to two years while computing the tenure of such Members.”


3. In the said rules, rule-13 shall be substituted by the following rule; namely:-


“13. The Chairman and Member shall be entitled to get the benefit of Leave Travel Concession as admissible to the grade from which he retired before joining the Commission.”
